The role involves building and optimizing email and SMS marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and reputed company reputed company in a high-volume ecommerce environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire email and SMS marketing channels
- Build, launch, and optimize reputed company email and SMS flows from scratch
- Create and manage daily/weekly promotional email and SMS campaigns
- reputed company lifecycle marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention
- Build and optimize: Welcome Series, Browse Abandonment, Cart Abandonment, Checkout Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Cross-Sell & Upsell, Review Requests, Winback, Sunset/Re-engagement, VIP & Loyalty Flows
- Create customer segmentation strategies
- Improve deliverability, inbox placement, and SMS performance
- reputed company ongoing A/B testing across subject lines, offers, copy, design, timing, segmentation, and SMS messaging
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve reputed company, CTR, CVR, LTV, and subscriber engagement
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and major sales events
- Work with designers and copywriters to produce high-converting email and SMS creatives
- Manage the email and SMS marketing calendars
