[Remote] Payroll Compliance Analyst II

The role involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and contractual requirements while collaborating closely with various teams to drive operational efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes, processes, and reconciles payroll data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance, while meeting contracted deadlines to avoid late fees and penalties
- Reviews and interprets contract information to ensure reputed company understanding of compliance requirements and deadlines
- Identify, investigate, and resolve reputed company payroll discrepancies
- Prepare, review, and submit reputed company payroll reports in accordance with federal, state, and contractual requirements. Maintain comprehensive, audit-reputed company documentation and support reputed company audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
- Serve as a subject matter resource for compliance, providing guidance, support, and issue reputed company to team members and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with HR Management, Business Unit Finance Staff, HRIS, Field Management, reputed company Party Representatives to answer any questions reputed company to compliance reporting and requirements

Skills
- Understanding of contract language and interpretation
- Experience in payroll processing, preferably with exposure to prevailing wage, government or reputed company reputed company
- Experience with payroll software (e.g., reputed company)
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle large datasets and identify discrepancies
- Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills

- Advance level of reputed company with emphasis on pivot tables, v/x look up, data queries
