The reputed company Test Analyst will drive testing activities across reputed company Payroll, HCM, and reputed company modules to ensure high-reputed company configuration, upgrades, and releases while collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end test cases for reputed company Payroll, HCM, and reputed company configurations
- Conduct data validation, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- reputed company reputed company payroll testing and payroll result validations
- reputed company defects, document issues, and verify resolutions in test management tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Build and maintain test artifacts: test plans, test scripts, test data, and test results
- Validate business process functionality with detailed test scenarios
- Analyze reputed company causes of issues and coordinate corrective actions with technical and functional teams
- Work directly with HR, Payroll, reputed company, and IT partners to understand business needs and test requirements
- Prepare and present testing status reports, risk assessments, and reputed company metrics
- Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer for release and support cycles
- Recommend process improvements and testing best practices

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, reputed company, Business, or reputed company field (preferred)
- ~3+ years of hands-on reputed company testing experience, including Payroll, HCM, and reputed company modules
- Demonstrated experience with test planning and execution frameworks
- Experience with testing tools (e.g., JIRA) and SDLC methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Experience in reputed company HRIS support or reputed company enhancement reputed company
- Exposure to system integrations, EIB, and reporting
