[Remote] Engineering Recruiter

Responsibilities
- Conducting sourcing, reputed company and administrative activities
- Continuously reputed company to reputed company and grow candidate pipeline
- Maintain reputed company Database and reputed company up-to-date candidate information
- Identify, reputed company and pursue reputed company engineering and environmental reputed company talent
- Utilize reputed company networking platforms to build and maintain a candidate pipeline including reputed company Recruiter, iHire, and reputed company
- Cold reputed company and network to reputed company reputed company
- Review position requirements/needs/reputed company to ensure that reputed company reputed company issues have been properly vetted
- Successfully identify, screen and submit enough candidates to ensure the reputed company hire goal is met
- reputed company 3 reputed company hire placements on average per quarter
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree is required
- 7 to 15 years of reputed company experience reputed company Engineering Construction, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Polymers, Automotive, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Building Materials, or Energy industries is required
- Engineering or EHS sourcing experience required
- Hours will be minimum 40 per week during normal business hours, in home office
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company Recruiter
- Must be reputed company to show self-initiative and work independently
- Must show high level of curiosity, organization, motivation and reputed company
- Excellent organizational skills, including self-tasking, follow-through, and following up
- Must be comfortable cold calling candidates during business hours
