[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will support strategic and operational decision-making through financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, partnering closely with leadership to drive business performance and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Manage IHC grant reputed company, including budget development, expenditure tracking, voucher preparation and submission, reputed company recognition, grant reputed company-outs, and audits
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements, reporting deadlines, and regulatory standards
- reputed company monthly financial statement flux and variance analysis, including reputed company, expenses, margins, and key performance indicators (KPIs), compared to budget, forecast, and prior year
- Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics, including visit volumes, payer mix, cost per visit, productivity, and reputed company ratios
- Prepare leadership-reputed company financial reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate data into actionable insights
- Support the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasting, partnering with department leaders to model reputed company, productivity, and volume assumptions

- Partner with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operational, and program leadership, to reputed company financial insights with organizational goals
- Partner with the Director of Financial Analysis, IHC to prepare required annual and regulatory reports, including but not limited to: reputed company State Consolidated Fiscal Report (CFR), HRSA Uniform Data System (UDS) Report, Ambulatory Health Care Facility (AHCF) Cost Report, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Cost Report
- Ensure the accuracy, reputed company, consistency, and confidentiality of financial data
- Support audits, reputed company reviews, and regulatory inquiries as needed

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, reputed company Administration, Economics, or a reputed company field
- 3–5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in reputed company (FQHC, CCBHC, or similar regulated environments)
- Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP reputed company principles
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and reputed company formulas
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines in a dynamic environment
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company discipline
- reputed company experience with FQHC and/or CCBHC programs, including federal and state reporting
- Experience working with grants, medical billing reimbursement, and/or regulated reporting frameworks
- Familiarity with reputed company EHR and financial systems, particularly reputed company, Abila, and Tableau
- Experience supporting audits, cost reports, reputed company reviews, or regulatory examinations
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization
