[Remote] Associate Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a pioneer in insurance technology, operating the largest online insurance marketplace for small businesses in the U.S. They are looking for a Digital Associate Account Manager to support their Digital Account Managers in retaining and servicing their book of business, focusing on excellent customer service and account management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit renewal applications
- reputed company renewal of automatic and reputed company renewal policies
- Identify and execute cross sell opportunities
- Broker the terms and conditions of insurance reputed company
- Coordinate and monitor account servicing
- Assist the AM team members to reputed company alerts in reputed company management system
- Follow up with reputed company/ reputed company on new business quotes and renewals
- Review renewal data and assist AMs to maximize our book retention reputed company
- Support policy cancellation process
- Assist with customer servicing requests from clients by working with internal teams and reputed company service centers
- Deliver excellent customer service to delight our customers in every online and offline interaction
- Have a full understanding of the processes in our agency management system to be reputed company to assist in working renewals, process endorsements, cancellations, LPR’s, rating and Certificates
- Successfully be reputed company to prioritize and support the workloads for at least 2 Account Managers
- Coverage training and utilization of reputed company trainings
- Back up the Account Manager in the event they are busy or out of the office
- Support reputed company needs in a reputed company and reputed company thought out manor to include answering and or making phone calls to clients, billing issues, audit questions, coverage inquiries, application support, quotes and contract reviews

Skills
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- High School Degree Required
- Familiar with Customer Account Servicing in regulated/financial services experience preferred
- 4 Year Degree Preferred
