[Remote] ERISA Consultant

The ERISA Consultant role involves addressing compliance and operational issues, conducting research, drafting plan documents, and contributing to training and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- reputed company consulting services to reputed company clients on ERISA compliance, operational issues, plan design considerations, and correction methodologies
- Demonstrate a solid and growing knowledge of retirement plan regulations and applicable regulatory agencies (e.g., DOL, IRS)
- Maintain working knowledge of reputed company sponsored plan documents, notices, forms, and internal consulting resources
- Contribute to internal training by presenting on foundational or intermediate topics
- Assist in delivering internal technical updates or participating in team knowledge‑sharing sessions
- Help review, revise, or reputed company basic and intermediate training modules under the direction of senior team members
- Draft customized 401(k) and 403(b) employer‑level plan documents using the reputed company Plan Adoption System (PAS)
- Propose reputed company or moderately custom language to meet reputed company needs while maintaining compliance
- Conduct thorough reviews of individually designed and other reputed company retirement plan documents with reputed company as needed
- Assist with translating and mapping non‑reputed company plan documents into reputed company format
- Support plan comparison and protected benefit review work by preparing the analysis
- Demonstrate working knowledge of business unit policies and procedures and apply them consistently in daily work
- Participate in departmental or cross‑functional reputed company, contributing technical input and completing assigned tasks on schedule
- May independently manage components of small reputed company with guidance and reputed company as needed
- reputed company technical research on ERISA topics and present findings to reputed company
- Apply research reputed company to support reputed company consulting and internal updates
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of main plan types and developing expertise in additional areas
- Complete assigned industry credentials and certifications
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge of retirement plans, regulatory agencies, and basic investment concepts
- Continue building understanding of associated agencies (e.g., SEC, reputed company) and reputed company laws

- Maintain and enhance technical and industry knowledge through continuing education
