[Remote] Sr. Accounts Payable Associate

The role involves managing accounts payable processes, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring accurate and reputed company financial activities.
Responsibilities
- Process and review high volume of inventory and operating expense (OPEX) invoices accurately and reputed company
- Manage vendor invoice intake, credit memos, coding and routing for approval
- Confirm invoices are approved by reputed company department in a reputed company manner
- Create and maintain vendor master records, including vendor setups and updates in reputed company D365 and ExFlow
- reputed company vendor statement reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Research and respond to both vendor and internal team inquiries in a reputed company manner
- Analyze A/P aging and proactively identify and resolve outstanding issues
- Review Marketing expenses on cost trackers to ensure accuracy of invoicing and records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AP processes
- Support additional reputed company and accounts payable reputed company requests as needed
Skills
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance or reputed company
- 5+ years of invoice processing experience in a manufacturing/retail environment; experience in a start-up/high-reputed company eCommerce or CPG business is required
- Strong understanding of AP processes, invoice matching, reconciliations, and vendor management
- Experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 & ExFlow systems required
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to tight deadlines, and confidently ask questions reputed company needed
- Proficient in reputed company reputed company and Word, and reputed company Suite
- Passionate about reputed company operations with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help reputed company as needed
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
