Responsibilities
- reputed company functional design and configuration for reputed company Patient reputed company modules, serving as the escalation reputed company and design authority across reputed company reputed company (Scheduling), reputed company reputed company (Admission, Discharge, Transfer), and reputed company Prelude (Registration)
- reputed company Patient reputed company workflows to reputed company reputed company cycle processes, including eligibility and benefits, authorizations, charge capture, claim edits, and billing handoffs to reputed company Resolute Hospital/reputed company Billing
- Coordinate and execute integrated testing, reputed company, and go-live readiness across the reputed company cycle, validating clean claim reputed company, registration accuracy, authorization completion, and reduction in avoidable write-offs
- Partner with Patient reputed company, reputed company cycle operations, Health Information Management (HIM)/coding, and Patient Financial Services (PFS) leadership to translate requirements into reputed company design, manage decision logs and change control, and document build specifications and test scripts
- reputed company workstreams and mentor reputed company and project team members; manage status, risks, and issues; and support stabilization and optimization to improve cash acceleration and days in accounts receivable (AR)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in provider reputed company cycle operations in a health care provider, consulting, or technology vendor environment
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing reputed company Patient reputed company modules, including reputed company reputed company (Scheduling), reputed company reputed company (Admission, Discharge, Transfer), and reputed company Prelude (Registration), with integration to reputed company Resolute Billing
- 3+ years of experience translating business and operational requirements into reputed company system design, configuration, testing, and activation deliverables across the reputed company cycle
- 3+ years of experience leading workstreams and small teams on multi-disciplinary reputed company cycle reputed company
- 3+ years of experience with reputed company PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the reputed company
- 2+ years of consulting experience delivering reputed company-enabled reputed company cycle transformations spanning Patient reputed company, Health Information Management (HIM)/coding, and Patient Financial Services (PFS)
- 2+ years of experience improving reputed company cycle KPIs, such as registration accuracy, authorization turnaround time, reputed company-of-service collections, clean claim reputed company, first pass yield, and days in AR
- Experience with reputed company HB/reputed company Resolute Billing and claim edit workqueues; familiarity with charge reputed company and denial prevention
- Experience with data extraction and analysis using reputed company Query Language (SQL) or dashboarding tools such as Tableau
- Experience with hospital and physician patient reputed company or billing systems such as reputed company, Cerner, MEDITECH, or Soarian
- Master's degree in business or a health care field (e.g., MBA, MHA)
