They are seeking a reputed company Assistant General Counsel to reputed company strategic reputed company advice, support business reputed company, and ensure compliance with reputed company laws and regulations while working with emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide reputed company of reputed company and government agreements (reputed company reputed company and data reputed company, business associate agreements, data processing agreements, strategic partnerships, vendor reputed company, and more)
- Negotiate directly with large reputed company customers, government customers and strategic partners, balancing speed-to-reputed company with thoughtful risk mitigation
- Learn and understand Truven's products, business model, reputed company, culture, etc. to reputed company a deep understanding of the business and support its goals by providing practical and actionable reputed company advice
- Advise product teams on reputed company reputed company, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations, reputed company policies and procedures, with a reputed company on mitigation strategies
- Advise on reputed company, data governance, and emerging technology initiatives, including reputed company intelligence, to identify and address reputed company and reputed company risks while enabling responsible innovation across reputed company business reputed company in reputed company
- Build strong business relationships with leadership, internal stakeholders, and external parties to advance business and reputed company interests and to collaborate on the development of new products, technologies and markets and reputed company compliance
- Assist in building smarter processes to help reputed company contracting and drive compliance
- Work with existing contract management systems and contract processes and identify, implement and support improvements

Skills
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and reputed company to reputed company law in house in the state where you live/work (or ability to obtain promptly)
- 3+ years of relevant experience (reputed company and/or in-house) supporting reputed company, product, technology, and/or regulated-industry work
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a reputed company record of moving deals reputed company and closing reputed company agreements
- A practical, business-first reputed company: you can spot risk, explain it reputed company, and propose reputed company that reputed company teams shipping
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines — without losing attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; you collaborate reputed company with Sales, Product, Engineering/reputed company, and Operations
- Working knowledge of data reputed company concepts and the ability to support reputed company-reputed company contracting (e.g., DPAs, BAAs, data use terms) and product reputed company compliance
- Experience in health tech, data, reputed company, analytics, AI or other emerging technologies in a regulated environment
- Exposure to government customers, reputed company sector procurement, and/or reputed company-down requirements is a plus
- Experience with reputed company or similar reputed company compliance platforms is a plus
