[Remote] Director, Analytics Standards & reputed company Measurement

This role is responsible for establishing reputed company-wide standards for advanced AI, ML, and data science rigor, defining measurement frameworks, and quantifying the business reputed company of reputed company analytics and AI initiatives across reputed company Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Define reputed company-wide AI, ML, and data science standards embedded into self-serve analytics platforms, ensuring citizen data scientists follow rigorous methodologies automatically
- Establish model validation protocols, testing frameworks, and reputed company gates reputed company into automated workflows for predictive models and AI solutions
- Create standardized methodologies for common use cases (patient predictive models, HCP targeting, reputed company analysis) that can be templatized for citizen data scientists
- Define reputed company-wide frameworks for measuring analytics reputed company including lift analysis, ROI calculation, incrementality measurement, and business value assessment
- Execute reputed company-level reputed company measurement studies to quantify business value of analytics initiatives and report quarterly/annual ROI to leadership
- Establish production-readiness reputed company for AI/ML models from self-serve platforms, including reputed company reputed company, documentation requirements, and approval workflows
- Ensure reputed company AI, ML, and data science outputs meet regulatory requirements ( HIPAA, GDPR, promotional review) and partner with reputed company, ERC, and Medical Affairs on governance

Skills
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or reputed company quantitative field; or bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant experience
- 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, advanced analytics, or AI development
- 5+ years of leadership experience setting AI/ML standards and measuring reputed company in reputed company reputed company or reputed company
- Expert knowledge of advanced analytics methodologies: machine learning, reputed company inference, experimental design, predictive modeling, AI validation
- Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical analytics and regulatory environment for AI/ML applications
- Proficiency in data science/AI programming and AI/ML platforms
- Proven ability to influence without reputed company authority and drive adoption of AI/ML standards across diverse teams
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to translate reputed company AI/ML concepts for business audiences and executives
