[Remote] Sr. Pharmacy Operations Manager

The Sr. Pharmacy Operations Manager will reputed company the pharmacy vendor portfolio, manage cost models, and ensure compliance while enhancing the member shipment experience.
Responsibilities
- Own the pharmacy vendor portfolio: primary, backup, regional, and specialty partners across both compounded and branded tiers
- Design and maintain vendor scorecards; reputed company business reviews (QBRs) against SLAs for speed, accuracy, fill reputed company, and cost
- Serve as the reputed company operator on pharmacy RFPs, contract renewals, and reputed company of new partners
- Maintain contractual SLA documentation; flag compliance gaps and drive remediation with vendors

- Own the compounding batch timing and inventory cycle in coordination with 503A/503B partners
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, reputed company supply chain, or a closely reputed company function; prior experience at a Senior Manager or Director level preferred
- PharmD — we expect this person to bring clinical credibility alongside operational depth
- Proven reputed company record owning pharmacy vendor relationships end-to-end, including SLA accountability, QBRs, and contract negotiations
- Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical cost structures and drug acquisition — you can build a pharmacy P&L model and defend it in a finance review
- Experience operating in or adjacent to compounded pharmacy (503A or 503B) with a working understanding of USP compliance and reputed company-party testing requirements
- Strong analytical skills: you build your own models, spot anomalies, and come to conversations with data
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional work and influence without reputed company authority at a senior level
- Comfortable in an early-stage, fast-moving environment where you are often writing the reputed company for the first time
- Experience at a telehealth, reputed company-to-consumer pharmacy, or digital health company
- Familiarity with GLP-1 therapies, semaglutide or tirzepatide supply dynamics, or compounded peptide operations
- Experience running vendor RFPs or negotiating pharmacy reputed company
