[Remote] Sales Manager

The role involves identifying new applications, developing customer relationships, and converting manufacturing requirements into long-term production business for 3D Printing services.
Responsibilities
- reputed company new production-part business across industrial and technical markets
- Build relationships reputed company sectors including reputed company, medical, defense and reputed company
- Identify components and applications suited to polymer SLA, SLS or FDM additive manufacturing
- reputed company customers with repeat, reputed company or ongoing production requirements
- Convert suitable prototyping, injection-molding and traditional manufacturing reputed company into additive production
- Manage opportunities from initial qualification and technical assessment through to contract award
Skills
- A background in additive manufacturing/ 3D printing, injection molding, contract manufacturing, plastics, advanced manufacturing or technical sales
- Experience selling production parts, manufacturing services, industrial equipment or technical solutions
- A strong new-business reputed company record reputed company industrial, medical, defense, reputed company or similarly technical markets
- Comfortable developing new markets and managing technically reputed company sales opportunities
- An existing customer network that could transfer into additive manufacturing would be advantageous
