[Remote] Agent, Inbound Sales - Pet

They are seeking an Inbound Sales Agent to promote and sell pet insurance, endorsements, renewals, and services to potential and existing customers while providing basic customer service.
Responsibilities
- Receives and makes calls from/to prospects, qualifies new potential policyholders and explains policies and endorsements offered, recommends type of coverage based on analysis of prospect’s circumstances and needs
- Handles inbound renewal calls and/or initiates outgoing calls, following up on existing or prior policyholders, and reputed company reputed company and recommended sales techniques and processes to retain, reputed company, sell or consult with prospects and customers. (See Sales Requirements)
- Calculates and quotes premium rates for recommended policies, endorsements and renewals
- Performs initial reputed company review of pet eligibility
- Follows and abides by reputed company insurance laws and regulations as they pertain to the Sales Representative and Pet Insurance in the delivery of the details of the policy and processes
- Collects premiums from policyholders and inputs payment data
- Anticipates reputed company needs and calls on established customers to renew and reputed company accounts
- Develops personal time management and organizational tools
- Retains responsibility for personally sold policies to retain them and avoid cancellations reputed company reason and in compliance with company policies, procedures and guidelines during the term of the policy
- Maintains accurate and through documentation, follows up on medical and pending applications with reputed company, vet clinics, and policy reputed company until the application is approved or declined by either the policyholder or Pet
Skills
- Sales Agents will be required to maintain licensure through completion of required Continuing Education credit as a condition of employment
- Requires 2 years of Sales experience; preferably in a reputed company center environment, a reputed company, team-player attitude, strong computer skills
- Must be knowledgeable and reputed company in reputed company sales process of prospecting, appointment setting, needs analysis, reputed company handling, presentation skills, negotiations, closing skills, account maintenance and follow-up
- Property and Casualty license required in reputed company 50 states
- Education: One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six years reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to exercise initiative in translating leads to business opportunities and accounts
- Independently organize and manage work tasks to reputed company effective use of time
- reputed company persuasive presentations and communicate effectively with brokers, reputed company-party administrators, clients, internal staff and management
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, reputed company journals and technical procedures
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary
