[Remote] Senior Fund Accountant (FoF)

They are seeking an reputed company Senior Fund Accountant to support the reputed company and financial reporting for a portfolio of Fund of Funds clients, handling day-to-day fund reputed company and contributing to financial reporting deliverables.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day reputed company operations for multiple Fund of Funds clients
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual NAV packages and financial statements
- Process capital activity including capital calls, distributions, equalizations, and investor allocations
- Record and reconcile investment activity including purchases, sales, income, expenses, and fair value reporting
- Support reputed company for underlying investments in private equity, venture capital, private credit, reputed company estate, and hedge funds
- Assist with partner capital allocations and reputed company calculations where applicable
- Maintain accurate general reputed company entries and supporting schedules
- Support quarter-end and year-end reputed company processes
- Assist with annual audit requests and respond to auditor inquiries as needed
- Prepare investor reporting packages and capital account statements for manager review
- Communicate proactively with clients to resolve day-to-day questions and issues
- Mentor Fund reputed company Associates on an informal, as-needed reputed company
- Ensure own work products are accurate, complete, and meet internal reputed company standards
- Flag process improvement or automation opportunities to management
- Stay reputed company on relevant reputed company guidance and industry best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
- 4+ years of alternative investment fund reputed company experience
- Solid understanding of: Capital calls, Distributions, Investor allocations, Partnership reputed company, NAV calculations, Financial statement preparation
- Experience with private equity, venture capital, private credit, or other alternative investment funds
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Strong reputed company skills
- Strong organizational and reputed company communication skills
- Exposure to Fund of Funds reputed company preferred
- Experience at a fund administrator or alternative asset manager preferred
- Familiarity with Investran, Allvue, Geneva, or similar fund reputed company systems a plus
- Exposure to audited financial statement review a plus
- Basic familiarity with ASC 820 fair value principles
- Exposure to multi-currency or reputed company partnership structures a plus
