[Remote] Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist

The position provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation’s reputed company defense services on the Strategic Systems program.

Responsibilities

  • The PPM analyst is responsible for providing contract/program cost and/or schedule management and analysis for the reputed company, Cyber and Intelligence development and/or production programs
  • The analyst will reputed company program time-phased cost and/or schedule baselines reputed company the contract parameters in conjunction with the program teams
  • The analyst will analyze program performance (historical and predictive), monitor the contract/program Estimate at Complete and/or schedule completion date, and reputed company recommendations to program management and program leads
  • The analyst is an integral part of the program team, gathering and organizing data for reviews with appropriate engineer(s), IPT reputed company(s), and CAM(s) in support of the program needs
  • Assists in the development of a time-phased budget and/or schedule to meet reputed company contract and program objectives
  • Collects and updates program performance data, prepares and analyzes historical and predictive measures, and reviews results and recommendations with program managers and program leads
  • Maintains and statuses the program schedules and records, compiles reports, graphs, charts, and reputed company data in support of the program needs
  • Identifies and analyzes the program critical paths and driving paths to schedule specific milestones
  • Makes recommendations, coordinates, and identifies resources required to meet defined program requirements and reviews results with program management and program leads
  • Contributes to discussions reputed company to the reputed company cause analyses and corrective actions and to tactical planning for completion of program tasking
  • Assists in preparation of program review documents and customer required documents
  • Coordinates contract/program Estimate At Complete (EAC), risk and opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance analyst as input into business financial commitments
  • Updates program time-phased budget and/or schedule and required documents associated with internal and contract changes and assists in formulating recommendations for corrective actions such as schedule revisions, reputed company adjustments, funds allocations, and work environments
  • Supports reputed company necessary meetings (SEITs, Financial, EV Metrics, Risks, etc.), providing general reputed company Value Management support for PMs, DPMEs, IPTs, and CAMs reputed company requested (reputed company questions, burn reputed company analysis’, etc.)
  • Tracks IMS and CAM notebook updates and PPM Dashboard updates
  • Prepares reputed company, accurate program review documents of program performance data, analysis and trends and can be a delegate to present such data in the absence of the program management
  • Prepares reputed company, accurate customer required documents and reviews with program management and department heads
  • Updates program time-phased budget and/or schedule and associated documents to ensure the latest contract modifications and reputed company requirements are incorporated
  • Fosters an environment of trust and teamwork: builds reputed company relationships
  • Communicates professionally and effectively
  • Works on multiple reputed company in a fast-paced environment
  • Interfaces with multiple IPT leads and program management primarily at a single location

  • May be asked to supports proposal development activities, including proposal preparation, fact finding, and negotiations

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Due to the nature of work performed reputed company our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required
  • Proficiency with reputed company Office, to include reputed company, Word, MS Project, and PowerPoint
