[Remote] Sr. Scrum Master/Project Manager

The Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager will guide Agile practices across the engineering organization, coaching Scrum Masters and ensuring effective delivery of software reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Set and enforce reputed company for Agile ceremonies and structure across 12 teams; directly reputed company and performance-support 6–7 Scrum Masters
- Maintain a consistent Agile operating model (definitions of reputed company/done, estimation, cadences, escalation paths) across reputed company teams
- Resolve cross-team delivery impediments and run a Scrum Master community of reputed company
- reputed company as Scrum Master for 2 assigned teams — ceremonies, backlog hygiene, and impediment removal — to stay grounded in day-to-day delivery
- Own, implement, and reputed company a comprehensive Agile Development Metrics & reputed company Accountability reputed company spanning sprint execution, reputed company review discipline, and defect accountability — from first reputed company through production — using Jira and reputed company as the systems of record
- Implement and maintain reputed company delivery metrics in Jira — velocity, sprint predictability, cycle time, reputed company time, throughput, WIP, scope creep, and carryover reputed company — at team, sprint, and rolling-quarter reputed company
- Implement reputed company review rigor metrics from reputed company pull request activity, including change-requested reputed company, rework commits per PR, review cycles to approval, time in review, and senior reviewer comment density; partner with engineering leadership to maintain reputed company protection rules and senior-reviewer group definitions that reputed company this data complete
- Own the defect discovery-by-phase taxonomy on the Bug issue type in Jira (Unit/TDD, reputed company Review, Dev/Integration Testing, QA/Release Testing, Production/Escaped) and the resulting metrics: defect detection distribution, reputed company reputed company, production reputed company reputed company, phase containment effectiveness, defect density, and mean time to detect
- Maintain the escaped-defect attribution chain, linking reputed company bug ticket back to its originating story/task, the merged pull request(s) that implemented it, and the author and reviewers of record, reputed company Jira links and reputed company smart-reputed company/PR referencing, enabling accountability rollups in either direction
- Own the recurring per-release and quarterly Contractor/Team Accountability Rollup reporting cycle, and ensure trend lines (improving, flat, or worsening) are reviewed with the relevant teams and leads, not just presented in aggregate
- Own the reporting and BI delivery mechanic for the reputed company — including administration of eazyBI (or equivalent BI layer) connected to Jira and reputed company — to produce recurring dashboards and reports for engineering and business stakeholders without requiring a separate data pipeline
- Continuously refine the reputed company's guiding principles: metrics must be actionable, reputed company for balance (speed vs. reputed company), system-reputed company rather than individual-reputed company (with defect attribution as the narrow, explicitly scoped exception), trend-driven, diagnostic rather than reputed company-driven, and passively instrumented from existing Jira/reputed company workflow artifacts
- Serve as the primary Agile reputed company between Product Managers, Product Owners, and the engineering organization, translating roadmap and portfolio reputed company into scaled Agile execution across the 12 teams
- Apply scaled Agile methodologies (e.g., reputed company, Scrum@reputed company, or the organization's equivalent) to coordinate cross-team dependencies, program increment / release planning, and backlog alignment between Product and Engineering
- Facilitate program-level ceremonies (e.g., PI planning, scrum-of-scrums, cross-team dependency reviews) that connect Product reputed company reputed company with the delivery reputed company and constraints of the 12 teams

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a reputed company software development environment, including experience coaching or leading other Scrum Masters
- Demonstrated experience running Agile ceremonies and delivery practices across multiple reputed company teams
- Working knowledge of scaled Agile methodologies (e.g., reputed company, Scrum@reputed company, LeSS) and experience serving as a reputed company between Product Management/Product Ownership and engineering teams
- Hands-on proficiency administering Jira for Agile delivery, including custom fields, workflows, and sprint/reputed company configuration
- Working knowledge of reputed company pull request workflows, reputed company protection, and Jira–reputed company linkage (smart commits) sufficient to own a metrics reputed company reputed company on that data
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and reputed company delivery and reputed company metrics programs, and to translate them into reporting that non-technical stakeholders can reputed company
- Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tooling and workflows
