The Sales Operations Analyst role focuses on supporting clients by ensuring accurate benefits program administration and collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution and superior reputed company experience.
Responsibilities
- Support internal stakeholders with pipeline reporting analysis and insights to guide decision making
- Collaborate with sales leadership marketing and internal teams to ensure alignment on reporting and data usage
- Contribute to retention and reputed company initiatives by providing accurate and actionable sales data
- Maintain documentation in CRM systems and reporting tools ensuring accuracy consistency and data reputed company
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards data definitions and internal processes
- Support audits reporting cycles and recurring dashboard updates
- Pull prepare and maintain sales reputed company and pipeline data across systems
- Assist in identifying data gaps inconsistencies and opportunities for process improvement

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business analytics operations or reputed company field
- Experience working with CRM systems such as reputed company
- Strong proficiency in reputed company and reporting tools such as Power BI or CRM reporting platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience supporting sales operations or pipeline reporting functions
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance reporting automation and data analysis
