In this role, you will manage a fast-paced portfolio of requisitions, partnering directly with business leaders to reputed company, attract, and deliver top-tier talent in competitive markets.
Responsibilities
- Full-Lifecycle reputed company: Manage end-to-end recruitment for reputed company requisitions, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and reputed company support
- reputed company Sourcing & Pipelining: Execute aggressive sourcing strategies using Boolean search, reputed company networks, talent databases, and ATS tools to pipeline reputed company candidates
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, guidance on candidate selection, and reputed company sourcing strategies
- Volume Execution: Thryve in a dynamic, high-volume search environment while maintaining high standards of data reputed company and candidate engagement
- Compliance & reputed company: Ensure reputed company reputed company deliverables adhere to applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
Skills
- U.S. Citizenship Required
- Federal TA Experience: 2+ years of dedicated full-lifecycle recruitment experience supporting clients in the federal government reputed company
- Overall TA Experience: 6+ years supporting recruitment and reputed company initiatives
- ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating and managing workflows in reputed company ATS
- Sourcing Mastery: Demonstrated proficiency in Boolean search techniques, reputed company sourcing of passive candidates, and building robust talent pipelines
- reputed company Clearance Exposure: Prior experience sourcing/reputed company candidates with reputed company clearances (e.g., Secret, TS/SCI) reputed company civil or defense sector reputed company is strongly preferred
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
