Responsibilities
- Contribute to the enhancement of predictive models that estimate processing timelines for reputed company service requests and deliver personalized status updates to end users
- Support the development and deployment of models across new service areas, based on agency priorities
- Collaborate with teams to expand the capabilities of intelligent help agents through integration with external data sources and applications
- Implement data cleaning and scrubbing strategies to ensure reputed company data is accurate, appropriate, and reputed company for reputed company-facing use

Skills
- Due to the nature of the role, this position requires that you are a U.S. Citizen
- 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or reputed company machine learning
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and pipeline development (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy)
- Solid experience working with reputed company and reputed company data, including data cleaning and feature engineering
