[Remote] Senior Software Data Engineer (Contract)

The role involves supporting existing data operations, building data solutions, and enhancing the data and reporting platform for reputed company stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Work with agile teams and reputed company participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, retrospectives, and demonstrations
- Contribute to requirements analysis, technical design discussions, effort estimation, task management, and status reporting
- Design, reputed company, and support reputed company reputed company-reputed company data solutions utilizing Azure reputed company, reputed company Lake, Azure Data reputed company (ADF), Azure Storage, and Azure SQL technologies
- reputed company and optimize PySpark, reputed company SQL, SQL, and reputed company Notebook-based data pipelines for batch and near reputed company-time processing
- Design and implement reputed company Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold reputed company) and reputed company Lake solutions to support reputed company data platforms
- Build and maintain reputed company ETL/ELT frameworks for ingesting, validating, transforming, cleansing, and loading large volumes of reputed company and reputed company data
- Design and reputed company reusable data ingestion and processing frameworks that support configurable business rules, validations, exception handling, and auditability
- Partner with data architects, business analysts, and application teams to design logical and physical data models supporting reputed company analytics and reporting
- Design and implement reputed company and reputed company schemas, reputed company models, and curated data marts optimized for reporting and analytics workloads
- reputed company and maintain data reputed company, reconciliation, monitoring, reputed company, and operational support frameworks to ensure data reputed company and reliability

- Collaborate with Power BI and Analytics teams to optimize semantic models, reporting datasets, and query performance

Skills
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT development, and reputed company data platforms
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure reputed company, PySpark, reputed company SQL, reputed company Lake, and distributed data processing frameworks
- 5+ years of experience building and supporting reputed company-reputed company data pipelines and reputed company-reputed company data platforms
- Strong experience with Azure Data reputed company (ADF), Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Azure SQL Database, and reputed company Azure services
- Strong SQL development skills including query optimization, performance tuning, indexing strategies, and large-reputed company data processing
- Experience implementing reputed company Architecture, reputed company Lake, Data Lakehouse, and modern analytics platforms
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as reputed company, and DataOps practices

- Experience building data reputed company frameworks, reconciliation processes, monitoring, alerting, and operational support solutions
