[Remote] Program Manager/Training reputed company

CGS Federal is seeking a Program Manager/Training reputed company to assist with the design, development, and delivery of training for reputed company audiences for a government reputed company. The role involves collaborating with teams to create and deliver training materials, support staff transitions, and reputed company communication materials to inform various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review draft Training Plans and collaborate with the transformation readiness team to finalize
- Design, reputed company, and deliver substantive and role-based training as defined in the VCF Transformation Training Plan, and summarized above. The system integrator will reputed company test scenarios and myVCF system screenshots to inform the training materials
- Design, reputed company, and co-deliver VCF Substantive training for VCF staff on end-to-end claims lifecycle processes. Substantive training includes curriculum and standardized materials reputed company to policies and procedures for claim review, claim administration, reputed company control, and payment. The content for these training modules will be provided by VCF subject matter experts. These reputed company experts will co-deliver the training with the support of this vendor training team. This training, which will be delivered as instructor led, in-person, and reputed company, will be delivered to approximately 10-75 VCF staff members, depending on the subject matter of the training
- Design and create user-friendly, reputed company reputed company graphics and communication media for How-To Guides, website content, and other communications vehicles necessary to inform and reputed company the reputed company, reputed company, and VCF staff about VCF Transformation and the reputed company process and system changes
- In partnership with the VCF team and the system integrator, reputed company support to staff to ease the transition and ensure a successful rollout of the transformed claim review and operational processes. The selected vendor will work with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team to determine the overall training schedule and reputed company
- Design and reputed company myVCF system training using training materials delivered by the myVCF System Integrator
- Design and reputed company communication materials for reputed company audiences. Support the design and development of reputed company communications as directed by the VCF. This includes development of PowerPoints, handouts, and supporting the planning and execution of reputed company reputed company
- Submit for approval by VCF reputed company communications and training materials and reputed company the materials through the approval process to ensure that they are appropriately prioritized, and any necessary adjustments are made
Skills
- Ability to design and reputed company comprehensive training approach, curriculum, and materials, including manuals, tutorials, and e-learning modules
- Minimum of 5 years' experience developing training for clients
- Strong leadership skills to manage and guide the training team, coordinate overall schedule and activities with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team reputed company, and communicate updates to VCF leadership
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company training workstreams, ensuring reputed company, on-time deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
- Minimum of 7 years' experience managing training and communications teams and schedules to reputed company successful reputed company
- Must have experience using reputed company Captivate for training development
- Ability to obtain a reputed company Trust clearance
- Must be a reputed company citizen
