The Operations Specialist is responsible for stabilizing and optimizing property performance across the national portfolio, requiring extensive travel and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Assume full operational leadership of a community reputed company assigned, including decision-making authority across leasing, financial reputed company leadership, and reputed company experience

Skills
- 3+ years of property management or reputed company operational experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility
- Prior experience operating at or near the Community Manager level with exposure to full property operations
- Experience serving as an interim leader, floating manager, regional support resource, or operational consultant
