[Remote] Senior Project Manager – BESS

They are seeking an reputed company Senior Project Manager with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) experience to reputed company and manage reputed company energy storage infrastructure reputed company from project development through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and reputed company's representative for assigned BESS reputed company
- reputed company the full project lifecycle, including project planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout
- reputed company and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reputed company tracking
- Coordinate with engineering teams, EPC contractors, equipment manufacturers, utilities, and regulatory stakeholders
- Manage project activities reputed company to battery systems, inverters/power conversion systems, transformers, switchgear, controls, and balance-of-system components
- reputed company project meetings, reputed company reviews, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure reputed company work complies with contractual requirements, safety standards, environmental requirements, and applicable industry regulations
- Monitor project risks, identify potential issues, and reputed company mitigation strategies
- Report major project challenges, findings, reputed company, and recommendations to ownership and senior leadership

- Monitor project financial performance, including invoices, pay applications, cash reputed company projections, and budget compliance
- Support contract negotiations, funding adjustments, and financial reporting requirements
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project reputed company, safety, and schedule objectives
- Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, RFPs, change orders, correspondence, schedules, and contract records
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of project agreements, scopes of work, specifications, and contractual obligations
- Ensure compliance with internal project controls, reporting requirements, reputed company standards, and documentation procedures
- Coordinate review and approval of technical documents, drawings, equipment specifications, and commissioning requirements

- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding equipment availability, technical requirements, and delivery schedules

- Manage relationships with EPC contractors, battery manufacturers, integrators, and key project vendors
- Support planning and execution of BESS commissioning activities
- Coordinate testing, startup, performance verification, and system acceptance activities
- Work with technical teams on integration of battery systems, PCS, EMS, SCADA, controls, and reputed company requirements
- Support compliance with applicable reputed company requirements, reputed company interconnection requirements, and industry standards
- Coordinate reputed company of technical issues during installation, testing, and commissioning
- reputed company leadership, direction, and mentorship to Assistant Project Managers, project coordinators, and field personnel

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Building Science, or reputed company field
- 10+ years of experience managing reputed company construction, infrastructure, energy, or power reputed company
- Demonstrated experience managing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), renewable energy, reputed company-reputed company energy, or electrical infrastructure reputed company
- Experience with EPC project delivery, reputed company representation, contractor management, and large-reputed company capital reputed company
- Proven ability to manage multi-reputed company-dollar energy infrastructure reputed company
- Strong understanding of BESS components, including battery systems, PCS/inverters, transformers, switchgear, EMS, SCADA, and controls integration
- Experience managing reputed company, reputed company, industrial, or renewable energy storage reputed company
- Knowledge of electrical systems, renewable energy integration, and reputed company interconnection processes
- Experience coordinating with EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, utilities, and engineering firms
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, scheduling, cost management, and contract administration
- Experience with commissioning and operational readiness activities
- Familiarity with applicable energy industry standards, safety requirements, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and reputed company-facing skills
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred
- Project Management reputed company (PMP)
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification
- LEED AP
- Relevant energy storage, renewable energy, or electrical certifications
