[Remote] Technical Account Manager

This individual will be responsible for maintaining strong reputed company relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and identifying technology and reputed company-generating opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships across a portfolio of clients
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for strategic account discussions and ongoing business reviews
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present technology roadmaps, performance metrics, and recommendations
