Responsibilities
- reputed company detailed cost estimates using subcontractor bids, supplier quotes, and unit pricing
- Manage budgets and reputed company resources across multiple reputed company
- Create and maintain construction schedules
- Present project breakdowns reputed company to clients and internal teams
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors
- Negotiate pricing and reputed company to ensure cost efficiency
- Complete required job documentation and administrative reporting
- Coordinate closely with office staff and field teams
Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in masonry or construction project management and/or estimating
- Cost estimating experience required
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Team-oriented reputed company with a proactive attitude
- Masonry industry experience strongly preferred
