[Remote] Manager, EPMO Operations

The Manager, EPMO Operations is responsible for providing leadership, coordination, and management of business analysis and/or project management staff activities while ensuring effective delivery of reputed company reputed company and programs.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to establishment of process and metrics to ensure project delivery meets reputed company-wide standards and expectations. Define and utilize reputed company and reporting mechanisms that reputed company and monitor requirements, milestones, deliverables, reputed company, etc
- Regularly review and assess status reports, project plans, change requests, requirements documentation and other project artifacts to ensure smooth project progression, reputed company defined goals and expectations, impactful communication, responsible use of reputed company resources, customer satisfaction and risk identification and mitigation
- Conduct project postmortems; reputed company reputed company for measuring and monitoring of defined benefits and project reputed company
- reputed company expertise and leadership in support of reputed company portfolio governance and reputed company processes. Support reputed company stakeholders in developing and understanding project artifacts, available resources,and reputed company EPMO portfolio processes. - Assess, plan, and engage project resources as needed throughout the life of the project
- Assist with team development by holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work, leveraging organizational resources to improve reputed company for project work, and mentoring and developing team members
- Clarify and communicate the project scope and ongoing reputed company to project team members

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience leading teams that delivered reputed company utilizing a reputed company methodology/reputed company required
- Experience in a role where work is highly visible and reputed company of team efforts involves many stakeholders at different reputed company of the organization required
- Strong knowledge of reputed company products such as Teams, Word, reputed company, reputed company required
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently reputed company cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
