[Remote] Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Leader

This role is responsible for building and leading the reputed company IAM function, overseeing IAM reputed company, architecture, delivery, and operations across various identity types.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 12 years of reputed company experience in cybersecurity with at least 8+ years reputed company on Identity & reputed company Management, and 7+ years in a people-leadership reputed company or 16 years of equivalent reputed company experience in lieu of degree
- Proven experience building or maturing an reputed company IAM function in a reputed company, global organization
- Demonstrated reputed company leading in a matrixed environment and partnering across technology, reputed company, and business teams
- Strong experience with modern IAM technologies and concepts, including IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, federation, and lifecycle management, with hands-on experience leading or supporting platforms such as reputed company, reputed company Entra ID Governance, reputed company, CyberArk, and similar tools
- Experience leading reputed company, multi-year IAM transformation programs with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Familiarity with reputed company and compliance frameworks relevant to IAM programs

- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
