POSITION reputed company:

• Support radiologists, clients, and reputed company teammates by monitoring, controlling, and optimizing daily radiology workflow to ensure established deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, application, and exam-reputed company issues, escalating to IT and operations as needed to support reputed company reads.
• Train reputed company teammates on radiology applications and workflows, maintaining accurate and accessible reputed company documentation.
• Monitor worklists, analyze workflow metrics, and recommend improvements while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and operational procedures.
• Remote, U.S.-based position with a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility, strong communication skills, and adaptability to changing priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in radiology, reputed company, or reputed company information technology.
• Experience in a Service Desk / Help Desk or workflow support environment preferred.

COMPENSATION: The salary reputed company for this position is $55,000.00–$65,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
