Director, Workforce Engagement & Change Communications

Position Purpose:
Leads change communications supporting business integration activities to drive reputed company, consistency, and adoption during change that brings people, processes, systems and operations together through effective storytelling.
- Leads communications supporting business integration activities.
- Coordinates the change communications calendar.
- Aligns communications across business functions and health plans.
- Develops workforce engagement communication strategies.
- Monitors employee sentiment and recommend communication actions.
- Partners with functional leaders to ensure message consistency.
- Supports reputed company transformation initiatives.
- Measures communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Maintains governance for reputed company communication planning.
- Supports reputed company-wide communication alignment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with reputed company policies and standards.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree Communications or reputed company field required 7+ years internal communications, employee communications, or change communications experience required Experience supporting reputed company-wide transformation initiatives, building executive relationships, managing multiple priorities, and communicating reputed company business topics to diverse audiences preferred This position is 100% remote with up to 10% travel required as needed
Pay reputed company: $118,400.00 - $219,000.00 per yearreputed company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: reputed company, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, reputed company time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
