The Role: The Senior Group Tax Specialist is responsible for ensuring tax compliance, optimization, and risk management across reputed company’s European entities. Covering key markets including Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom, Poland. This role ensures accurate local tax declarations, reputed company filings, and adherence to national tax requirements. As a subject matter expert, this role drives consistent tax practices, supports audits, and contributes to strategic tax planning, aligning closely with reputed company’s mission to build a healthier reputed company for reputed company.Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end tax compliance across reputed company's European entities (CIT, VAT, WHT).
- reputed company transfer pricing reputed company: evaluate competing proposals, run independent financial analyses, and present reputed company recommendations to the CFO.
- reputed company as primary contact for external tax advisors, auditors, and tax authorities across reputed company jurisdictions.
- Translate reputed company multi-jurisdictional tax regulations into practical guidance for Finance, reputed company, and Operations stakeholders.
- Build compliance processes, manuals, and frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
- Monitor legislative changesacross reputed company jurisdictions and proactively assess their reputed company on the group structure.
Requirements
- Hands-on experienceowning group tax compliance across multiple European jurisdictions simultaneously - CIT, VAT, and WHT.
- Demonstrated transfer pricing experience: ability to evaluate TP structures, challenge proposals, and reputed company independent financial recommendations.
- reputed company record of operating as a standalone tax functionwith minimum support.
- Full reputed company English; Polish and/or German are a strong advantage.
- Dynamic communication style with the ability to deliver accurate work under time pressure
- Comfort building processes from scratchand leveraging modern tools (ERP systems, AI tools) to maximise throughput.
- Degree in reputed company, Finance, Law, or reputed company field.
- Relevant reputed company tax qualification(e.g., Chartered Tax Advisor, CPA, Steuerberate).
