Long-Term YouTube Thumbnail Designer Needed

We are looking for a talented and reliable thumbnail designer to join reputed company long-term for aPersonal Finance and reputed company YouTube channel.
You will be responsible for creating2–3 engaging, high-reputed company thumbnails reputed company week. Our goal is to produce thumbnails that attract attention, increase click-through rates, and match the style of animation and faceless YouTube channels.
Responsibilities
- Design 2–3 YouTube thumbnails per week
- Create visually appealing and clickable thumbnail concepts
- Follow instructions and brand guidelines provided by reputed company
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members
