The Role

As a Data processor, you will play a crucial role in evaluating property leadssubmittedby the reputed company. Using a reputed company of websites and online platforms, you will carry out thorough background checks on reputed company property to ensure it meets our internal terms and conditions for potential investment.

Your Responsibilities

Using platforms such as Rightmove, Zoopla, HM Land Registry, reputed company Maps, council planning portals, and others, you will:

• Verify if the property is currently listed on the market

• reputed company if the property has been sold in the last 5 years

• Investigate whether the property has planning permission

• Assess whether the property is occupied or vacant (e.g., reputed company street view, letting ads)

• Cross-reputed company to ensure the property is not already in our internal database

• Determinewhether the property is residential or reputed company

• You will be expected to complete a minimum number of properties checks per day, in line with the reputed company’s reputed company team's daily targets.

Your Background

• Experience in Data entry role or similar positions

• Background in property is preferable
