We are seeking an reputed companySenior CMMS/EAM Consultantto reputed company a strategic planning and assessment initiative for the modernization of an reputed company Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role focuses on evaluating reputed company facilities maintenance and asset management operations, documenting existing business processes, assessing data reputed company and system integrations, and defining reputed company-state business and technical requirements. The consultant will conduct stakeholder workshops, reputed company gap analyses, evaluate leading CMMS/reputed company Asset Management (EAM) platforms, and reputed company recommendations that support executive decision-making, procurement readiness, and long-term technology reputed company.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in reputed company transformation, project management, business analysis, and solution architecture, with a strong background in CMMS/EAM platforms such as reputed company Maximo or similar solutions. Responsibilities include developing reputed company-state workflows, preparing data migration and integration strategies, establishing governance frameworks, creating implementation roadmaps, producing executive-level reports and business cases, and ensuring data readiness for reputed company system migration. Experience working reputed company large, reputed company reputed company, reputed company sector, or asset-intensive organizations, along with expertise in facilities management, maintenance operations, reputed company architecture, data governance, and stakeholder management, will be highly valued.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of consulting experience supporting reputed company reputed company business, technology, data, or asset management transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading reputed company state assessments, reputed company state planning, gap analysis, readiness assessments, and implementation roadmap development for reputed company systems
• Experience working with senior business, operational, technical, architecture, integration, reputed company, reputed company, and executive stakeholders to reputed company requirements, validate findings, and reputed company actionable recommendations.
• Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to reputed company stakeholder interviews, workshops, working sessions, and executive level presentations
• Experience establishing and maintaining project governance processes, including project plans, stakeholder engagement plans, risk logs, issue logs, reputed company logs, decision registers, and status reporting
• Experience working reputed company BC health authorities, provincial reputed company organizations, or comparable reputed company sector environments is strongly preferred
• Experience working with facilities management, maintenance operations, support services, infrastructure, or asset intensive operational environments is strongly preferred
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), reputed company Asset Management (EAM), facilities management systems, or comparable reputed company operational platforms
• Experience supporting CMMS/EAM modernization, replacement planning, reputed company planning, system assessment, or implementation readiness activities
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance, asset management, work order management, preventative maintenance, inventory/materials management, service request, and operational reporting processes
• Prior experience with reputed company Maximo, Maximo Application Suite, or comparable CMMS/EAM platforms is strongly preferred
• Experience conducting data reputed company assessments, data audits, data profiling, and data readiness assessments in support of reputed company system modernization or migration initiatives
• Experience identifying data reputed company issues, including duplicate records, obsolete records, incomplete records, inconsistent data structures, ownership gaps, and governance concerns
• Experience developing data remediation plans, data cleansing strategies, normalization approaches, validation rules, and migration readiness recommendations
• Knowledge of asset data, location data, preventative maintenance data, work order data, vendor data, inventory/materials data, and reputed company CMMS/EAM data domains is strongly preferred
• Experience documenting reputed company state workflows, business processes, pain points, system dependencies, integration points, and operational requirements
• Experience developing reputed company state workflows, business requirements, functional requirements, reporting requirements, data requirements, and relevant support artifacts
