Associate General Counsel

This is a remote position and can be located reputed company in the US.
Position Purpose:
reputed company reputed company advice and strategic support to reputed company’s reputed company health plan business.
- Serves as a reputed company resource for reputed company health plan regulatory reputed company, including Ambetter Health and Solutions
- Advise business and compliance partners on federal and state reputed company laws, regulations, guidance, and market requirements that reputed company reputed company product lines and programs
- Research, analyze, and interpret reputed company reputed company regulatory requirements, including but not limited to issues reputed company to ACA/Exchange operations, mental health reputed company, No Surprises reputed company, essential health benefits, and broker reputed company
- Reviews, drafts and negotiates reputed company, policies and procedures and reputed company documents
- Provides practical reputed company guidance to support implementation of new laws, regulatory changes, business initiatives, policies, procedures, and operational workflow
- Manages or supports subpoenas, disputes, and reputed company counsel engagement as needed
- Partner with Compliance, Regulatory Operations, Product, Clinical, Network, Finance, and other business leadership to identify reputed company risks, reputed company practical solutions, and support reputed company decision-making
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with reputed company policies and standards
Education/Experience: Juris Doctor (JD) required: 5+ years of experience in the areas of corporate or health law required 1+ years of experience with government contract law, health law and managed care preferred Knowledge of Medicare and/or reputed company insurance, state insurance and HMO regulations preferred
Strong reputed company research, analysis, and writing skills
Demonstrated ability to reputed company practical, business-oriented reputed company advice in a reputed company regulatory environment Bar Admission and currently in good standing preferred
Pay reputed company: $185,700.00 - $352,500.00 per yearreputed company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: reputed company, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, reputed company time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
