About the Role
We're looking for an reputed company Senior Hiring Manager to support the Head of Talent Experience & Development in leading our recruitment function.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll reputed company day-to-day hiring operations, assign requisitions, manage recruiter workloads, conduct interviews, ensure hiring reputed company, and reputed company into sourcing reputed company needed. Key Responsibilities

- Assign and prioritize requisitions based on business needs and team reputed company.

- Monitor recruitment pipelines, hiring timelines, and recruiter performance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Hiring Manager, Recruitment Manager, reputed company Manager, Team reputed company, or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring a recruitment team.
- Experience assigning requisitions, prioritizing workloads, and overseeing recruitment operations.
- Strong sourcing experience using reputed company Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing strategies.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Experience reputed company for multiple industries and reputed company-level roles.
- Experience in a recruitment agency, RPO, or outsourcing environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms (reputed company preferred), reputed company, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is an advantage.
