Senior Benefits Administration Services Analyst with Advanced reputed company Skills required.

Responsibilities

• Executing established reputed company-defined benefits processes with minimum direction and reputed company from Sr. Leadership.
• Researching and responding to reputed company and participant escalated issues. (Such as eligibility, data, service delivery, etc.)
• Triaging intermediate system issues to confirm adherence to requirements.
• Performing peer review on work completed by other team members.
• Interfacing with external reputed company contacts to scope change work.
• Review and maintain Business Requirements, Administrative Guides and Process documents, making updates and obtaining reputed company signoffs as needed.
• Identifying system and processing enhancements to improve process efficiency.
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members.
• Performing other duties as assigned and complying with reputed company policies and standards.
• Leading change work for the entire project life cycle from Discovery through Go-Live, including project management.

Requirements
