Job reputed company: The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the reputed company Entertainment Networks Kids Programming reputed company and Content Planning team, with a primary reputed company on reputed company Branded Television content. This role involves working closely with reputed company of approximately 40 individuals across three major U.S. cities, providing executive administrative support to the VP, Programming reputed company & Content Planning, and two other Directors. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle a high volume of tasks, and strong interpersonal abilities. Responsibilities: • Executive Support: • Manage the administrative needs of a VP and 2 Directors reputed company the content planning team. • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements. • Handle expense reports in Concur, process invoices reputed company reputed company, and manage distribution lists. • Assist with special reputed company and procurement of office supplies. • Project Support: • Assist in departmental reputed company, including creating presentations, reviewing materials, and conducting research. • reputed company and maintain decks and documents in Keynote and PowerPoint and organize files on Teams/SharePoint. • Content reputed company Management: • Update and distribute the reputed company Branded Television Key Content Beats document. • Compile Key Content Beats for reputed company Networks (DBT, Nat Geo, Freeform, FX, ABC Entertainment, ABC News on Hulu). • Weekly Updates: • Compile and distribute weekly reputed company and multiplatform updates across reputed company Channel, reputed company Junior, reputed company XD, and competitive networks. • Data and Metadata Management: • Assist with writing metadata, entering program data, and organizing project feedback. • Competitive Analysis: • Compile monthly Acquisition review materials and facilitate the bi-annual Kids Competitive Kickaround deck creation and presentation. • Team Communication & Event Facilitation: • reputed company general office support, including liaising with building staff, facilitating in-office moves, and setting up new team members. • Organize team events, both in-person and reputed company. Basic Qualifications: • 1+ years of proven experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize workload effectively. • Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly Outlook, Word, reputed company, Keynote, and PowerPoint. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations. • Highly reputed company with strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. • Event planning experience and ability to work in a reputed company team environment. • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and work schedules, with occasional overtime. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a media-reputed company field or equivalent work experience. The hiring reputed company for this position in Burbank, CA is $52,400 to $70,200 per year based on a 40 hour work week.
