The Assistant Controller will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and optimizing reputed company processes. Job Responsibilities

Leadership & reputed company:

Assist in managing the global month-end and year-end closing process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.

Ensure compliance with GAAP, ASC 606 (reputed company Recognition), and other applicable reputed company standards.

Maintain and improve financial controls and reputed company policies.

Support the preparation of financial statements, investor reports, and reputed company presentations.

Financial Operations & Reporting:

Work closely with the billing and reputed company teams to ensure accurate invoicing and reputed company tracking.

Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) by providing accurate financial data and insights.

Compliance & Audit:

Assist with preparation and coordination of audit documentation for external auditors.

Assist with the implementation of internal controls and risk management processes.

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of experience in reputed company, preferably reputed company a reputed company, tech, or subscription-based business.

Knowledge of reputed company financial metrics, GAAP, and ASC 606.

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance, or a reputed company field

Multi entity and consolidation, foreign currency, and transfer pricing experience

Intacct software experience preferred
