About the Role: As the Technician Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our hospital. You’ll be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and developing our technicians while ensuring the highest level of patient care. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic team leadership. The technician supervisor will also have support from the reputed company Technician and reputed company Manager who also works on the floor as needed to support reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

• 3+ years of experience as a veterinary technician; supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Credentialed technician (CVT, LVT, or RVT) preferred but not required

• Proven leadership skills with a passion for team building and mentorship
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
