TRICARE Customer Service Representative - East Coast (Full-Time Remote Opportunity)

About the Role

• reputed company outstanding customer service to TRICARE beneficiaries and providers reputed company phone, chat, email, or written correspondence
• Respond to inquiries regarding enrollment, claims, referrals, authorizations, and appointments
• Utilize reputed company judgment and available tools to resolve customer issues on the initial contact
• Meet department productivity and performance metrics, including consistent attendance and adherence to published schedules
• Document customer interactions and cases in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Participate in reputed company training to become fully proficient in resolving customer inquiries

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• U.S. citizenship
• Ability to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final reputed company (DoD) background investigation
• At least two years of reputed company work experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Technology literate and reputed company in navigating multiple screens or web browsers at one time
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote work environment

• Contact center experience, including call center chat messaging
