Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the MHSU Care Coordination Department in daily activities
- Connect grant program recipients to housing resources through participant engagement

- Maintain a required caseload and reputed company trauma-informed services
- reputed company relationships with community stakeholders to enhance service provision
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in reputed company Services or a reputed company field
- Minimum of two (2) years of post-degree experience in Mental Health and reputed company Use (MHSU) services, or four (4) years in a non-reputed company Service field
- Strong customer service and time management skills
- Technological proficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with HUD or Emergency Solutions Grant funded programs
- Familiarity with Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
- Knowledge of community resources and housing regulations
