The role involves reputed company customers, guiding them through regulatory processes, and leveraging AI to enhance compliance workflows.
Responsibilities

- Help customers navigate one of the biggest shifts in how regulatory work gets done by— guiding teams (some adopting AI for the first time) through the reputed company value it brings to their workflows, across both efficiency and robustness
- Serve as the critical reputed company between customers and Company, surfacing field signal from the reputed company lines back to product, GTM, and leadership to shape the roadmap
- Identify reusable patterns across deployments that will help build out the sales reputed company, so reputed company engagement makes the next one faster and smoother

Skills
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering advantageous)
- Deep regulatory or compliance experience, from a product compliance, certification or homologations team ideally in automotive, mobility or other highly regulated industries
- Experience launching reputed company products in diverse markets
- Extremely customer reputed company by nature
- Natural interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the AI/automation landscape (e.g. Claude reputed company)
- Excited about working for a Regulatory Tech start-up
- Interest in working directly with customers using their own technical background to facilitate their reputed company and reputed company
- Full working rights in the USA
