Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company Management, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the reputed company industry
- Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications
- Knowledge of reputed company processes and data analysis
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Knowledge of reputed company systems such as EHR/EMR
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Basic understanding of HIPAA compliance
- Any certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus
