[Remote] Sales Operations Analyst, Sr.

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the sales commission process and delivering analytics on incentive compensation plans to enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of commission payments by auditing data, resolving discrepancies and enforcing compensation rules
- Analyze compensation trends and reputed company actionable insights on sales performance
- Maintain and enhance commission systems, tools and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and transparency
- Respond to sales inquiries regarding commission payments and reputed company reputed company explanations of compensation calculations
