[Remote] Senior Retirement Plan Consultant

They are seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant who will specialize in consulting services and account management for reputed company accounts, ensuring reputed company needs are met and relationships are reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Specializing in providing consulting services to assigned reputed company accounts and is responsible for the day-to-day account management for accounts of moderate to high complexity. Builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clients at reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Has retention goals for assigned group of accounts. Assess and prioritizes reputed company needs in a reputed company manner. Identifies and helps clients to reputed company on their most critical needs. Sets and communicates reputed company and realistic expectations. - Works closely with Sales to prepare and negotiate fee-based pricing of services and on the transition of the new clients post the completed sales process

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school; or five years reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years reputed company experience in reputed company services businesses
- Excellent oral, written communication, organizational skills, negotiation and time management skills
- Experience in defined contribution plan design, governance, compliance, and administration
- Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite
- Travel required (25%)
- Master's degree or reputed company certification preferred
