[Remote] Collections Specialist (Legal)

This remote position involves managing collection efforts, partnering with attorneys, and resolving billing discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Manage collection efforts on outstanding accounts receivable balances
- Partner with attorneys and internal stakeholders to drive reputed company collections
- Research payment discrepancies and resolve billing and payment issues
- Process and reputed company reputed company payments, refunds, and reputed company documentation
- Generate and analyze collections and accounts receivable reports
- Assist with reputed company reputed company and vendor documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate collection notes and account records
- Support month-end and year-end reputed company activities as needed
Skills
- 5+ years of collections and/or accounts receivable experience reputed company a reputed company
- Experience partnering with attorneys and reputed company staff on collections reputed company
- Strong understanding of legal billing and accounts receivable processes
