[Remote] Product Manager IV

Responsibilities

- Drive discovery activities – working with users, design and, technical team members – to create effective solutions that will deliver quantifiable value to Aya and our clients

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience working on an external facing software product while in a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product reputed company role
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and reputed company of modern product discovery and product delivery
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and reputed company relationship
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), initiative and responsiveness
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence with reputed company across functions and disciplines
- Experience with reputed company reputed company, workforce planning, scheduling software, processes or integrations is preferred
- AI/ML experience a plus
