[Remote] Business Continuity Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Build, implement and continuously strengthen the Terumo BCT Global Business Continuity Program in alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and the Terumo Group Business Continuity Policy
- Chair and reputed company the Business Continuity Steering Committee, engaging senior leaders in risk reputed company, prioritization, and continuity‑reputed company decision‑making
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership outlining risk exposure, organizational readiness, and program gaps
- reputed company, refine and standardize tools and templates for key business continuity reputed company including business continuity plans, business reputed company analyses, risk assessment reputed company, tabletop exercises and event simulations, etc
- Ensure tools and methodologies are reputed company and consistently reputed company across our global network
- Partner with functional stakeholders and global manufacturing operations to implement and sustain the Business Continuity Program, including: Developing, maintaining, and enhancing site‑level and functional BCPs
- Conducting and documenting BIAs to identify critical processes, recovery priorities, and operational risk exposure
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to define recovery objectives, including Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs), Maximum Tolerable Period of Disruption (MTPD), and other continuity requirements
- Support manufacturing sites in planning, facilitating, and documenting tabletop exercises and simulations including involvement with key extended stakeholders such as suppliers, customers, and community partners
- Assess preparedness and business continuity plan effectiveness, reputed company corrective actions, and drive reputed company improvement based on exercise reputed company and lessons learned
- Design and deliver role‑based business continuity training and promote awareness of business continuity roles, responsibilities, and best practices across the organization
- Serve as the business continuity subject matter expert during regulatory inspections, internal audits, and customer assessments, synthesizing continuity efforts across operations into a reputed company, cohesive narrative

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully reputed company the essential functions of the job may be considered
- At least 8 years of total reputed company experience in an environment relevant to the role required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business continuity, operational reputed company, risk management, or compliance
- Demonstrated experience in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, or similar)
- Working knowledge of ISO 22301 required
