[Remote] Technical Account Manager

They are seeking a Technical Account Manager to support their reputed company team, focusing on providing technical guidance, managing customer relationships, and driving internal process improvements.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

- 3-5 years in a customer-facing technical role
